The laboratory as a creative workshop

The lab-kitchen works as the Offsite Department of Innovative Gastronomy of the University of Debrecen’s Faculty of Economics and Rural Development.

 

The lab aims to explore new avenues and show the way to an innovative gastronomy.

Ingredients, equipment, technology, and knowledge are the means to achieve our goal.

We work with the best the world has to offer.

 

All this within the framework of consultations, workshops, trainings, and thematic events.
